Ah so that's what that was. Lucky it didn't happen a day earlier, would have been chaos with all the grand final traffic etc.

I didn't hear the people in the pool, but I can sympathize with you about the cigarette smoke. My apartment also overlooks the carpark/pool, and there's often someone out there smoking, right next to the no smoking signs. I can't have my windows open overnight, because I wake up to an apartment...

No dirty water here on Level 1, although I wouldn't have checked until around 6pm that night. I know there was some jack hammering going on just outside the car park gate around that date - hopefully unrelated.
