How often are these noises happening? My guess would be either it's the sound of someone opening their windows or if you are low enough, the sound of the roller doors for the car park? That's all I got!

Is someone doing renovations on level 4 (or below at level 2) at 6.30am!!!??? Woke up before my alarm today to a very loud grinding noise. Practically shook my bedroom walls. Surely you are not allowed to use power tools that early in the morning? Whoever is doing it, can please not wake me up...
