1) Roof Works

• Remove timber roof decking and replace with Aluminium sheeting
• Remove and reinstate Hot water units currently located on timber roof decking

(2) Piping Works

• Build three (3) new service hatches on each floor

(3) Building risers works

• Cut new concrete core-holes in building floors, walls & install new pipe trays
• Install 45 sets of pipework to service units who do not presently have A/C installed

(4) Fire seal penetrations on all floors
