East Melbourne Library
One of the best things I found when I lived in East Melbourne is the fabulous library, literally 2 minutes walk away from 166.
(Walk up Powlett St. and turn right at the round about at George St. and the library is on the left hand side.)
They have a great collection of DVD's, lots of new books and numerous magazines and newspapers, all housed in a modern and functional new building.
A great place to spend a few hours.
