What follows was unfortunately just a "one off" financial report published online with sale and rents from 166 Wellington Pde. for 2008-09. Interesting to compare to today and I'd imagine Harcourts have reports of subsequent years available.

PS How many of you know our development is known as "Jolimont Vista"? Certainly no signage on or in the building to indicate that anywhere. First I've heard of it.
