Garage Door/gate Not Working

Has anyone else had issues with the garage door remotes? Both of ours have stopped working recently (Its not the batteries)
Also, what are contact details for new building manager... have been told Ismail has left??

Which garage door Danny? The main door off Wellington Pde or the side one onto Powlett Mews?

I've been overseas for last 6 weeks, this is certainly news to me!
Anyone else know if this is true?
