New tenants 101

Hi there! We have recently moved into apt 101, just wanted to say hello

Also curious if people hear weird rolling noises in their place? (it doesn't sound just like traffic!) - still getting used to the different weird & wonderful sounds that come with living in a new place.

How often are these noises happening? My guess would be either it's the sound of someone opening their windows or if you are low enough, the sound of the roller doors for the car park? That's all I got!

Hmm, apartment 101, that would put you directly above the indian restaurant wouldn't it? and next to the roller door for 1 Powlett St next door. You gotta be getting some weird noises from there.
Today when the wind blows hard I can hear all sorts of banging and crashing outside, not a day to walk in the parks with all those 100 year old trees.
