I like the foyer as it is. What's the argument for moving the office from where it is currently?

Update from my neighbours (owners) about this-
Apparently it got approved with just over 50% of owners voting for it.
But is there enough room for it? I mean, the foyer is fine as it is now, with an office it's going to make it awfully tight when coming out of the lifts with furniture etc.

It's going to have toilet but it is not for public use! - so I guess ppl are still going to pee in the pool & sauna & car-park as has happened this year. Lolz
