Thanks for that info - $540,000 seems like a pretty good price. (almost 50% higher than ~4 years ago when it last sold.)
It seems all the 2 bedroom + 1 car-space are going for the low to mid 500's.
I had a look when it was open for inspection. Frankly, I wouldn't pay that much for any unit in this building. I had a good chat with the agent, which was an eye opener. The building is hardly in good condition, and the cleaning/maintenance of this place is laughable. Apparently this building has a full time manager. LOL. I'm home during the day most weekdays and I can tell you, its deserted most days, and has been since I moved in almost 2 years ago now. According to the agent the body corporate is aware.
But I guess you can't fault the location.
