Apartment size

A somewhat random question... does anyone happen to know the square meterage of a 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in our building? We're MCG facing if that helps...

Hi Jade, it depends on your unit No. - On each floor the numerous 1 and 2 bedroom units all have different floor plans.
e.g. Facing the MCG there are two x 2 bedroom units with different footprint.
Without making your unit No. public, what is the last two digits of your unit No.?
e.g. If your unit No. was 1405, the last two digits = 05. All units that end in 05 will have the same "square meterage".
I can probably tell you your area if you disclose the last 2 digits.

The last two digits are 03.

Someone else told me today to buy a tape measure but this is a much easier option ; )

the 03 units are ~68m2 (thats the outside property dimensions)
The 04 units are bigger at ~81m2.
The 08 units are smaller at ~55m2

Just saw this Chen, unfortunately I don't know about the 02 units. I will see if my mate next door knows...
