Boozers in rear car park Easter Sat. night

My car space is in the rear car park.
On Sunday morning I snapped this photo near my car (top of stairs that lead down to underground car park, next to the rusty old bike that has been untouched for years.)
Seems a party spilled out of an apartment and into the rear car park on Easter Saturday night where they boozed & smoked in a public area near my car!
Not impressed.
If my car was damaged I would be reporting this to the police.
Just another case of people doing what they damn well please in this building with no enforcement of any rules or consequences of their actions.
I'm getting sick of it.

Hi Sally,
yeah, I heard a lot of "loud" guys and also a girl down in that area on Sat. night, which went on for a while.

There are security camera's everywhere in that rear car-park, if you wanted to report this to the manager, their identity could be found out.

This sort of thing is hard to stop, unless you have after-hours on-site security, which despite the sky-high owners corp. fees here, we obviously don't have.

I guess look on the positive side, no damage done, right?
